My physical, mental and social wellbeing assessment

I think University is difficult at any age. For me, there have been highs, and there have been lows that at times, have left me wondering whether or not I should have accepted the challenge. It's just a fact of life that people can know our personality just by looking at us, and seeing how we act around different people. Some would act differently from others that's just how we are. We may act quiet and subtle around our family but around our friends we feel boisterous and loud. Some cover up true personality sometimes just to appease other. They don't want to show their true colors in case it leads to embarrassment. And some don't voice true opinion and just go with the flow and don't stand up to be counted.

From a personal point of view I feel that I am sometimes like this. I am not shy most of the time and can be a bit irritating for some of my friends, but that's life! Other times, if the class is quiet and I don't understand a lesson when tutor teach, I refuse to put my hand up, so sometimes I am shy. By some people I can be seen as annoying at times but by others I am looked upon as someone who enjoys a laugh, but at the same time wants to get the best.

So the following activities shows the assessment of every single day on physical, mental and social wellness of self.

The study on the situation of violence against women in Bhutan by NCWC provides insightful information on the state of women's safety in the country. However we could find different viewpoints on the study's findings. On the negative side, the study reveals alarming rates of intimate partner violence and sexual violence against women in Bhutan. For instance, out of the 1,000 women surveyed, nearly 63% reported experiencing at least one form of physical or sexual violence by their partners. Such findings suggest that the government and relevant stakeholders need to take urgent action to address the issue. Failure to do so perpetuates a culture of violence against women and makes it difficult for women to speak out against the abuse.  On the positive side, the study sheds light on the extent of violence against women and provides a much-needed platform for advocacy. The National Commission for Women and Children (NCWC) has taken proactive measures to address the issue, such as ...
